Edith Harper

Mrs. Edith Walters Harper was born and educated in Dayton and studied painting in Berlin and Paris.  She was a pupil of the late Frank Duveneck and her work was exhibited many times in Cincinnati.

Mrs. Harper was a member of the Church of the Advent, Walnut Hills.  She held membership in the McDowell Society, the Matinee Musical Club, the Woman’s Art Club, the Cincinnati Country Club, the University Club and the Town Club.
