Artist. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was a landscape painter, illustrator, photographer, and craftsman. A friend of famous artist, Henry Farny, McCord's work has been exhibited across the country. He was one of the founding members of the Cincinnati Art Club in 1890 and was also a member of the Association of the Society of Western Artists. His work was regularly exhibited at the Cincinnati Art Museum from 1895 to 1898 and at the Art Institute of Chicago from 1895 to 1903. He died at his residence in Cincinnati in 1918 when he was 61 years old.
