Milton H. Lowell (American, 1848-1927)

Milton H. Lowell was born in Lamberton, New York in 1848.  He specialized in painting New England landscapes and other art calendar subjects.  He was the father of artist Orson Lowell.

Studied Boston with R.M.Yardley; largely self-taught
